Nissan Patrol Y62 Reverse Camera Relocation Kit
Nissan Patrol Y62 Reverse Camera Centralisation Kit
Series 5 | 2019–2026
Finally, a centred reverse camera for your Y62 Patrol!
Designed, developed and manufactured right here in Western Australia by Hydrographics WA, our Reverse Camera Centralisation Kit provides a simple, purpose-built solution to the factory off-centre reverse camera position.
The Nissan Patrol Y62's factory reverse camera is positioned to one side of the vehicle, resulting in a rear camera view that isn't perfectly centred.
Our kit allows you to relocate your existing reverse camera to a central position above the tow bar, providing a more natural, centred view when reversing, parking or lining up a caravan or trailer.
Manufactured from high-strength, injection-moulded glass-filled nylon, our kit is a purpose-engineered automotive component offering enhanced strength, rigidity and dimensional stability. The precision-moulded construction provides a durable, professional-quality finish designed for everyday automotive use.
Designed with DIY installation in mind, the kit is compatible with both factory and aftermarket infotainment systems, including vehicles with upgraded HD cameras.

Our Reverse Camera Centralisation Kit has been designed for straightforward DIY installation using commonly available tools.
You will need:

Flat-blade screwdriver or trim clip removal tool
8mm spanner OR we recommend a ratchet with 8mm socket and 6-inch extension (for removing and reinstalling the 8 mm bolts)
Designed by Y62 Specialists
Developed in-house by Hydrographics WA, this kit draws on our extensive hands-on experience with Nissan Patrol Y62 camera systems and infotainment upgrades.

Installation Information
Our step-by-step installation video will guide you through the process of relocating your reverse camera.
We recommend watching the video in full before beginning installation to familiarise yourself with the process and take note of any important information specific to your vehicle, particularly MY24 models.
Camera calibration and reversing guideline adjustment instructions, including examples for different factory and aftermarket infotainment systems, are included towards the end of the video.
Important – Camera Calibration/Parking Line Adjustment: Relocating your reverse camera may affect the alignment of the reverse trajectory lines and we highly recommend an adjustment. The process takes less than 30 min.
2019–2026 Nissan Patrol Y62 – Factory SD Camera Systems
For Patrols fitted with the factory standard-definition (SD) camera system, the reverse camera calibration can be adjusted using a compatible diagnostic scan tool. Most mechanics and auto electricians will have access to a suitable tool. We use a Snap-On scan tool in our workshop.
Please note: When calibrating a 2026 Patrol, you may need to select the 2025 or 2024 model year in your scan tool to access the calibration settings.
As a starting point, we've found the following settings work well when adjusting the camera view to its new centralised position:
X Axis: 21
Y Axis: 21
Rotate: 8
Zoom: 8
These settings are provided as a guide only and may require minor adjustments depending on your vehicle.
Our installation video includes examples of camera calibration and reversing guideline adjustments for different factory and aftermarket infotainment systems.
You can skip ahead to the end of the video to view the relevant calibration instructions and examples for your vehicle.

MY24 Patrols – Directed Technologies Unit
For MY24 Patrols fitted with the Directed Technologies infotainment system, the reversing guidelines can be adjusted manually through a hidden menu on the screen, without the need for a scan tool.
Aftermarket Infotainment Systems with HD Camera Upgrades
To ensure the 360° camera images are correctly stitched together and aligned with the new rear camera position, a full camera calibration will be required.
This can be completed using the same method as your original HD camera upgrade calibration, whether by your installer, DIY or a camera calibration specialist.
